How to Apply
 
Applying is easy using the Online Application. It simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking the status of their child's admission. A non-refundable application fee of $100 must be submitted with your application.
Please note: Credit card payments for application fees are processed securely through RenWeb/NelNet Inc., and Columbia Academy does not have access to your credit card information.
 
Create an Online Application
 
To begin the Online Application process, Create a Parent Account. Then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You have the flexibility to access your account and edit your child's open application until final submission.
 
After submitting the application, you will be able to track your child's admissions status by logging in to your account. There you will be able to print the completed application and monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms/documents and referral forms.

STATEMENT OF CONFIDENTIALITY: It is the policy of Columbia Academy that all information received regarding a candidate’s application for admission will be treated with complete confidentiality. Only authorized personnel have access to this information and then only relevant to admission and placement decisions. Information received within the scope of this policy is not disclosed to the applicant or to the applicant’s family. Columbia Academy does not discriminate based on race, color, gender, religion, national or ethnic origin in the admission of students.
